We took many different shots on Friday for our Camera angles and Shots project.
The three that we included were long shot, two shot, and an over the shoulder shot. For our long shot, we captured both of us in the frame. It allowed the audience to see all the information at once. It showed both of our entire body and our body language. Another shot we took was a two shot, where both me and Bianca were in frame. The shot captured our emotional reaction and interaction, of her strangling me. Which showed our close and fun friendship between us.
Our third shot we took was a over the shoulder shot. We took a photo behind a person facing another classmate. Which demonstrated a dialogue scene where people are talking showing their feelings. It helped us focus on one of the students and the conversation they were having.
I thought this assignment was very fun. It gave us a hands on experience of taking these different types of shots like how they do in movie or shows. I found it really interesting the mood it display when you're taking it from that angle. The only struggled we had was taking a over the shoulder, close up, or two person shot. Since we needed to either prop up the camera to capture our entire body or use someone else as a model for that specific angle. Overall we both enjoyed this assignment grouping together and taking photos of each other or things from different angles.

I think that all of your shots were taken very well and I was able to tell what each one was just by looking at the pictures.
ReplyDeleteI think the pictures show the angles pretty clearly. I personally think looking at the first one, it's a funny one and makes me laugh a bit.
